Almond Croissant

A Parisian favorite.

Our golden croissant is filled & topped with almond cream and slivered almonds. In classic French fashion, it’s baked a 2nd time and dusted with confectioner’s sugar.

Brioche Pecan Sticky Bun

Available Thu/Fri/Sat ONLY
Our post popular item.
Scratch made brioche baked with our homemade caramel and chopped pecans. The Ohio honey in the caramel makes them extra sticky (and delicious)!

Brioche Cinnamon

Available Sat ONLY
Organic cassia cinnamon makes all the difference.
Scratch made brioche packed with cinnamon and topped with cream cheese icing. We use Red Ape Premium Cinnamon. It’s super high quality and 5% of their profits go to the protection of orangutans and their habitat.

Apple Danish

Like a dutch apple pie approved for breakfast.
Our flaky Danish dough filled with our apple/cinnamon filling, homemade streusel and a little icing.

Cheese Danish

A classic.
Our flaky Danish dough with our scratch made cream cheese filling. The real vanilla bean in the filling ramps up the flavor.

Raspberry Danish

A perfect partner for coffee.
Our flaky Danish dough filled with our raspberry filling, a touch of streusel and icing.

Pepperoni Roll

A new twist on a classic.
Our laminated dough gets brushed lightly with Garlic Olive Oil from OV Harvest. Then it’s filled with mozzarella and provolone, 2 types of pepperoni (sandwich size and old fashioned), and then more cheese. They’re rolled up and topped with sesame seeds and our house Italian seasoning, and served with (wait for it).....Park Street Pizza’s marinara sauce.

Bacon Danish

We created a delicious monster.
Late at night, in the Sugarfuse! test kitchen, when searching for a savory menu item, we turned to….. bacon. As one should. Flaky, laminated dough wrapped around mozzarella and provolone and thick cut bacon. These never last long.

The best brownies ever.

A crispy, crackly top gives way to decadent, fudgey-ness. Original (a dusting of confectioner’s sugar) or topped with Peanut Butter or Chocolate buttercream. One is never enough.

French Macarons

$1.50 each - $15/dozen
5 flavors imported from France.
Macarons are jerks. Delicious little jerks. We’ve made amazing macarons from scratch, but if the conditions in the kitchen aren’t perfect, they can be…..difficult. To ensure that we always have perfect macarons for weddings, other events, and walk in customers, we import them from France. These are as good or better than any that we’ve tried from Cleveland to Pittsburgh to Columbus.

Big News!

I’m excited to announce that I’ve accepted a role on the Park Street team as a pastry chef and prep team member at their Sugarcreek kitchen. Yes, this means that we’ll be closing our Dover cafe, but not until the end of April. Plenty of time for us to see your beautiful smiles!

GIFT CARDS: Can be redeemed like normal through April. After April, see the “Signature Cakes” section below.

EXISTING ORDERS: Nothing changes. We’re looking forward to creating all that we’ve committed to. We’re reaching out to every customer to explain details and answer any questions.

WEDDINGS: Nothing changes for our amazing couples. We’ll continue making gorgeous wedding cakes in the beautiful Park Street kitchen. We’re reaching out to every couple to explain details and answer any questions.

SIGNATURE CAKES: We’re working on an online ordering system where our Signature Cakes can be ordered and picked up in Sugarcreek. This is a work in progress with no concrete timeline.

OUR AMAZING STAFF: We have such a great team and I’m endlessly thankful for their energy, creativity and personalities. Thankfully, they’ll all be offered opportunities to join the Park Street team. One thing I’ve learned through our Sugarfuse! journey is this: You can’t buy culture. The culture of a business is cultivated by the ownership and filters down through the team. I can’t think of a better landing spot for our staff and I’m so thankful they have this opportunity.

STORIA COFFEE ROASTERS: We’ll continue Storia! It’s exciting how this brand has developed and taken off. We will be taking a break after April as we navigate our new roasting space. There’s currently no firm timeline for the reboot, but this is a project with immense passion behind it and we’re excited to get our coffee to you!
