Scratch made brioche packed with cinnamon and topped with cream cheese icing. We use Red Ape Premium Cinnamon. It’s super high quality and 5% of their profits go to the protection of orangutans and their habitat.

They’re rolled up and topped with sesame seeds and our house Italian seasoning, and served with (wait for it).....Park Street Pizza’s marinara sauce.
We created a delicious monster. Late at night, in the Sugarfuse! test kitchen, when searching for a savory menu item, we turned to….. bacon. As one should. Flaky, laminated dough wrapped around mozzarella and provolone and thick cut bacon. These never last long.

5 flavors imported from France. Macarons are jerks. Delicious little jerks. We’ve made amazing macarons from scratch, but if the conditions in the kitchen aren’t perfect, they can be…..difficult. To ensure that we always have perfect macarons for weddings, other events, and walk in customers, we import them from France. These are as good or better than any that we’ve tried from Cleveland to Pittsburgh to Columbus.
