Fillings: Any of the buttercreams and cheese cream icings listed below can be used as filling. We also have fruit fillings: Raspberry, Strawberry, Lemon and Blueberry.

Buttercream Flavors: Vanilla Bean, Chocolate Fudge, Peanut Butter, Strawberry, Blueberry, Lemon, Raspberry, Mocha, Salted Caramel, Root Beer, Key Lime, Peppermint.

Chocolate Peanut Butter

Our best seller.
On the inside, 4 layers of our award winning made from scratch chocolate cake, 2 layers of chocolate silk buttercream, peanut butter buttercream in the middle. On the outside, more pb buttercream, a cage made with chocolate from Eiler’s Candy Shop, and topped with chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and drizzled with more chocolate.

Chocolate Caramel Turtle

On the inside, 4 layers of our made from scratch chocolate cake, 2 layers of chocolate silk buttercream, and salted caramel buttercream in the middle. On the outside, more salted caramel buttercream, a cage made with chocolate from Eiler’s Candy Shop, and topped with house toasted pecans, and drizzled with caramel and more chocolate.

Southern Red Velvet

A soft, moist, buttery classic.
Our family recipe is an amazing made from scratch Southern Red Velvet cake. We stack it 4 layers high with 3 layers of cream cheese icing on the inside and all around the cake. We add a little texture to the outside icing to make this cake even more beautiful.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cake

This one has become a tradition with some of our long time customers.
On the inside, 4 layers of our chocolate cake, 2 layers of chocolate silk buttercream, and strawberry buttercream in the middle. On the outside, more strawberry buttercream, a cage made with chocolate from Eiler’s Candy Shop, and topped with juicy, delicious strawberries dipped in more Eiler’s chocolate. We use a semi-sweet that is the perfect balance between milk and dark.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Ganche Cake

Less icing, but more chocolate.
A “naked” cake. 4 layers of chocolate cake with strawberry buttercream filling and a luxurious chocolate ganache poured over the top and dripping down the sides. Our ganache is made with Eiler’s chocolate and heavy cream. We top it off with our chocolate covered strawberries.

Chocolate Raspberry Cake

On the inside, 3 layers of our chocolate cake, a layer of chocolate silk buttercream, and a luxurious layer of fresh raspberries and whipped cream. Vanilla Almond

There’s more to life than chocolate.
On the inside, 4 layers of almond cake, 3 layers of vanilla bean spiked vanilla buttercream. On the outside, vanilla bean buttercream. We can also add other fillings like: Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry, Lemon, Salted Caramel, Ho Ho and more.

Ho Ho

Our twist on a classic.
4 layers of chocolate cake sandwiching 3 layers of ho ho cream filling and our luxurious chocolate ganache poured over the top and dripping down the sides.

Chocolate Bacon Pecan

Death By Chocolate

Over the top bliss...in cake form.
On the inside, 4 layers of our chocolate cake, 2 layers of dark chocolate buttercream, and chocolate silk buttercream in the middle. On the outside, chocolate silk buttercream, dripped chocolate ganache, and the top is adorned with various chocolate delicacies like a macaron, crisp pearls, shards of chocolate, etc.

Big News!

I’m excited to announce that I’ve accepted a role on the Park Street team as a pastry chef and prep team member at their Sugarcreek kitchen. Yes, this means that we’ll be closing our Dover cafe, but not until the end of April. Plenty of time for us to see your beautiful smiles!

EXISTING ORDERS: Nothing changes. We’re looking forward to creating all that we’ve committed to. We’re reaching out to every customer to explain details and answer any questions.

WEDDINGS: Nothing changes for our amazing couples. We’ll continue making gorgeous wedding cakes in the beautiful Park Street kitchen. We’re reaching out to every couple to explain details and answer any questions.

SIGNATURE CAKES: We’re working on an online ordering system where our Signature Cakes can be ordered and picked up in Sugarcreek. This is a work in progress with no concrete timeline.

OUR AMAZING STAFF: We have such a great team and I’m endlessly thankful for their energy, creativity and personalities. Thankfully, they’ll all be offered opportunities to join the Park Street team. One thing I’ve learned through our Sugarfuse! journey is this: You can’t buy culture. The culture of a business is cultivated by the ownership and filters down through the team. I can’t think of a better landing spot for our staff and I’m so thankful they have this opportunity.

STORIA COFFEE ROASTERS: We’ll continue Storia! It’s exciting how this brand has developed and taken off. We will be taking a break after April as we navigate our new roasting space. There’s currently no firm timeline for the reboot, but this is a project with immense passion behind it and we’re excited to get our coffee to you!
